Occasionally a Christian meditation will have a powerful impact on a number of people. "Think About Such Things" is one of these meditations.
I have struggled with this very issue for such a long time. In the past, I’ve tended to gnaw away at my problems mentally, instead of surrendering them to Jesus. Finally, I learned to have faith and allow God to fight my battles. However, that wasn’t the full measure of salvation. This meditation, teaching the way to fill one’s mind with good things was always whispered in the back of my mind through the Holy Spirit. I just didn’t know how to do it! Thank you, Ricky for blessing my morning with this meditation. I will come back to it regularly.
Last month Rachel (a new Premium Member) shared:
I praise God that I “accidentally” discovered mindful worship. Using these tools is really transforming my outlook and even helping some chronic back pain that was probably stress related.
My comment on this specific meditation “Think About Such Things” is about the idea of admirable. I was considering a conflict that my husband and I were having. Instead of thinking about what other people would consider admirable, I was considering what aspects of my husband and his behavior are admirable. I don’t care what other people think of my approach, but I do want to hold my own husband in high esteem.
We appreciate these members sharing how God is using Mindful Worship as He shapes them into the image of His Son. If you are a FREE+ or Premium Member you too can "join the discussion" on each meditation page.
