My One Word

These meditations are based on the book My One Word: Change Your Life With Just One Word by Mike Ashcroft and Rachel Olsen.

In the book, Ashcraft and Olsen encourage readers to select one word every year. After selecting your “one word”, you allow God to shape you through an intentional focus on that word.

These meditations are designed to be used periodically throughout the year to help refocus on your word and help you become quiet and still so that you can hear God’s “gentle whisper.”
