		<description>I did my first meditation retreat in March, and have managed to keep practicing two hours (almost) every day. (Though like you said, traveling messes things up, so I tend to aim for one hour a day in those cases.) I’ve been really happy having this as part of my life. It’s a long way from enlightenment, but any amount of mindfulness that creeps into the rest of my life from meditation is a good thing.</description>
