Erin – Thanks for the feedback. I do try to find ‘appropriate’ background music, but always want it to be very much in the background. I see the primary purpose of the music in these mediations as helping to block out other noises around you to better help you focus. Of course, that doesn’t take place if your focus gets drawn to the music. I’m curious though if you happened to read Maureen’s comment before listening to this one and if that might have had some connection with making the background music more apparent. It may not have, just a thought.

love these meditations but in this one the music is not as simple and bit ominous. that makes it distracting.

This really opened the eyes of my heart to see the human struggle through God’s heart of total comprehension, mercy, and patience. The Holy Spirit moved in me through this one!
